Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship from

All orders leave our warehouse in Santander (Cantabria, Spain) via GLS. The country of origin of the goods is Spain.

2. Processing and lead times

Orders confirmed before 14:00 on a working day are prepared that same day; all others are prepared the following working day. From the time the carrier collects the parcel, indicative lead times are:

  • Mainland Spain: 24-48 hours.
  • Balearic Islands: 2-4 working days.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 4-7 working days, plus customs clearance time.
  • European Union: 2-6 working days depending on destination.
  • Rest of the world: 5-12 working days, plus customs clearance.

These are estimated lead times, not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or force majeure.

3. Shipping costs

The exact cost is calculated by weight and destination and is shown before you complete your purchase, at checkout. There are no further charges added by us afterwards.

4. Taxes

Catalogue prices are shown excluding VAT. The applicable tax is calculated and added at checkout depending on the delivery country and the buyer's status:

  • Spain (VAT territory): 21% is added, for both consumers and Spanish businesses.
  • Businesses in other EU Member States with a valid VAT-ID registered in VIES: exempt intra-Community supply under Article 25 of Ley 37/1992 (Spanish VAT Act). The tax is self-assessed by the buyer in their own country under the reverse charge mechanism.
  • Destinations outside the EU VAT territory — including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla —: exempt export under Article 21 of Ley 37/1992 (Spanish VAT Act). Import duties in the destination country are payable by the recipient.

5. Customs

Shipments outside the EU Customs Union travel under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms: duties, import VAT and customs clearance fees in the destination country are payable by the recipient and are collected at the time of delivery. We always enclose a commercial invoice showing the tariff code (HS code) and the origin of each item.

If the recipient refuses to pay the import duties and the goods are returned to us, the order amount will be refunded less the outbound shipping cost, the return shipping cost and any customs clearance fees incurred.

6. Delivery, issues and lost parcels

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct address and a contact phone number. Redeliveries caused by an incorrect address will be invoiced separately.

Check the condition of the parcel upon receipt. If it shows signs of damage, note this on the carrier's delivery note and let us know within 24 hours. A shipment is considered lost 15 working days after the estimated delivery date; from that point we open a claim with GLS and either replace or refund the order.
